This was me in 2019.

Unfit, low on energy and stuck in a cycle of bad habits. I had no structure, no drive and no idea how far I’d let myself go. Every day felt like a repeat of the last — tired, unhappy and making excuses.

That version of me needed a change, and it started with one decision to take control.

Now I’m sharing that journey to show you what’s possible when you stop talking about it and start doing it.

Fast forward to 2025

Everything changed. I made fitness a priority and rebuilt myself from the ground up. What started as a way to get in shape became something much bigger, a genuine passion for training, discipline and self improvement.

That passion pushed me to get my Level 3 Personal Training qualification so I could help others do it the right way. I see too many people wasting effort on poor training and bad advice, and I wanted to be the one who changes that.

Now I coach with experience, knowledge and purpose, helping others build strength, confidence and a lifestyle that lasts.
